Shipping- All hair accessories are sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed in the uk.
All wooden decor is sent via 2nd class signed in the uk.
international orders are sent via standard air mail unless you upgrade at the checkout to tracked were you the receive a tracking number. Tracking in the uk to overseas is not a standard delivery service we have different options.

Our turnaround time for non personalised hair accessories is 7/10 working days. All personalised hair accessories is 14 working days.

Returns-
If you would like to return an item you must contact us with the order number and why you would like to return. All items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery of the item.
When returning the item the buyer is liable for the postage unless the item is faulty.
