What are your delivery options?
We offer a few delivery options which are sent via Royal Mail Unless discussed otherwise.
We use 1st and 2nd class signed for which provides a tracking number and is updated when item is delivered.
We use 2nd class for any small parcels due to the size and weight but we try to keep all postage prices at a reasonable rate.
Once items are dispatched postage takes around 2-3 working days but during busy periods can be longer.
Can I return my item.
Yes you may return your item. To return you will need to email us with your full details order number and why you would like to return your items. Items must be returned unused and still in original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery of the item. Unfortunately we do not accept returns for any custom orders or any personalised items. When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage.
Turnaround Times
We work on 5-7 working day turnaround during busy periods the turnaround is 7/10days but you will be notified before purchasing if this happened.
All rose clusters and custom orders will be a 7-10day turnaround as these are more detailed and take slightly longer.
I do aim to get everything out well within the turnaround.
Can I add to my order
Yes of course, if you contact myself with your name and order number we can arrange a code for you to put through an extras and deduct the shipping. 
Do you offer gift wrapping
All bows come on a bow card in a clear cellophane envelope,wrapped in tissue paper with ribbon and a sticker so they are perfect for gifts. Crowns come in a clear box with ribbon and a sticker so they are perfect for gifts and can be stored once they have been used . We can also add a gift note to the order.
Do you offer custom orders
Yes we do jut pop us an email at littlesparklesboutique@outlook.com and we can discuss colours etc
