You will need to purchase the mount of doll pegs for each name for example “Nancy” you will need to purchase x 5 dolls pegs.
At the checkout in the notes section you will need to pop a note of the colours you would like the dolls pegs painted which you will find in the pictures will be the colour chart, and you will need to leave the number that’s under each colour that you would like also please leave the name to be personalised on dolls pegs.

Shipping- All hair accessories are sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed in the uk.
All wooden decor is sent via 2nd class signed in the uk.
international orders are sent via standard air mail unless you upgrade at the checkout to tracked were you the receive a tracking number. Tracking in the uk to overseas is not a standard delivery service we have different options.
Please note any customs and tax is not our responsibility this is the buyers.
Our turnaround time for non personalised hair accessories is 7/10 working days. All personalised hair accessories is 14 working days.

Returns-
If you would like to return an item you must contact us with the order number and why you would like to return. All items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery of the item.
When returning the item the buyer is liable for the postage unless the item is faulty.
